Pasta, Lentils and a Bagel


For this lunch I brought one of my standard dishes, pasta with vegan goulash.
The side dish was something new, a Sicilian recipe for lentils with aubergine.
My midmorning snack was a bagel with coleslaw, I used this recipe for the slaw:
