Well, it seems I got my mojo back! Let's see how long I stay motivated...
For this lunch I made a delicious cauliflower-curry soup from this German website: Tinkas Welt
I also brought fried mini-potatoes, and as second breakfast swirly bell-pepper buns and cherry tomatoes.
I case you haven't guessed by their slightly irregular aspect - the buns were homemade (and vegan!).
