Croutons and baked Aubergine

Second Breakfast (top left): Pieces of bell pepper and potato latkes baked in the waffle maker
Lunch (top right): Bread croutons and pieces of bakes aubergine, to be mixed and eaten with the tzatziki in the round container on the leaft. I brough a tangerine as dessert.
Afternoon Snack (bottom): Sweet couscous made with orange juice, pieces of orange, almond flakes and goji berries
