Pasta with Beetroot
Second Breakfast (far right): Skewers with seitan, tomatoes and potatoes on a bed of salted cashews (protein!)
Lunch (left): Pasta with a homemade beetroot-horseradish-sauce
Afternoon snack (middle): Wholemeal bread with hazelnut-spread.
